Kitchen
The kitchen features two modern refrigerator-freezers, a brand new dishwasher, five-burner grill, oven and broiler stove, microwave, and two sinks. It is stocked with new pots and pans, mixing bowls, flatware, coffee pots. Most produce is available for use, including fresh lemons and some oranges.
Six Bedrooms
The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, private study, private porch and full bath. Two second floor bedrooms have queen sized beds, full baths and private outdoor space. Three first floor bedrooms: one with two single joinable beds and an en-suite bathroom, one with two single joinable beds and another that has a single bed and room for a cot, these two share a shower bathroom.
Washing Machine and Housekeeping
Daily housekeeping is included in the cost, as is weekly linen changing. The villa has a washing machine and dryer available for guests, and laundry service is available for an added cost.
Five Bathrooms
The five bathrooms have been all completely renovated and refurbished.
Satellite Television
There is a television in the living room and another in one of the first floor bedrooms with two single beds. The living room also has a large transportable JBL speaker for Bluetooth connection.

Library
2,500 volumes from which to choose from in a beautiful study overlooking the sea. Featured books on art, history, exploration, literature, religion, philosophy, and political periodicals.
Air Conditioning
The villa is built with thick walls, cool tile floors and plenty of windows that create lovely cross breezes, so it is naturally quite cool. If it ever gets too warm, the villa now has air conditioning throughout.
Utilities
The rental fee includes all utilities.
HOUSE RULES
The rental fee includes all utilities. DSL line and sat TV is included in the price. There are no additional charges or fees. There is a washing machine and dryer. Weekly change of linen is provided. Guests have full use of the library. Garden and pool maintenance and immaculate daily housekeeping are also provided at no additional charge. A cook, babysitter, and driver with or without car are made available for an additional charge on an as-needed basis. Guests also have the option of having a cooking instructor help teach them how to prepare various dishes. The villa is available year-round as it is equipped with central heating and three woodburning terracotta heaters along with the open central fireplace. The minimum stay is one week. Some Additional Information: The custodian has been affiliated with the place since 1970. He is a delightful and completely responsible man, non intrusive yet maintaining the place in top notch condition. He also is the latest in many generations of wine makers responsible for the family vineyards. His delicious, light, dry, earthy wine is available for a song. He lives right down the road from the villa. Give him a call on his cellular and he will pick you up on the docks.
